Rule 2257

All members have certified that the pictures submitted are of individuals 18 years of age or older and all primary producers have certified that they have complied with 28 C.F.R. 75 thereby exempting femdommesociety from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257(a)--(c). The owners of this website are not the primary or secondary producers (as that term is defined in 18 USC section 2257 or subsequent case law defining such) of any of the visual content contained on this website.

Furthermore Pursuant to 18 USC & 2257, all persons who appear in any advertisement or promotion on behalf of FDS in a visual depiction of "sexually explicit conduct" as defined in 18 USC & 2256, were over the age of 18 at the time of the creation of such depictions. Records required to be maintained by this section are kept by the custodian of records.
